BedRoom

The newly expanded (Jan 2010) bedroom, with an amazing ocean view out of both windows, is equipped with a king bed (new), two nightstands, large dresser, closet, 26" LCD, ceiling fan, and air conditioner.

Beautiful Hawaiiana decor, plus a very comfy king size bed.	The room also features A/C, as with all bedrooms in the place.	This is what you'll wake up to each morning!	The bed features high thread count sheets.

Master BATHROOM

The brand new (Jan 2010) master bathroom features a custom tiled Jacuzzi/whirlpool tub (with ocean views through the living room), a "rain" shower feature, five foot vanity, toilet, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, marble flooring, and amazing mountain views. Multiple bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and beach towels also provided.

The Jacuzzi whirlpool tub is custom tiled, and offers ocean views while soaking!	The rain shower feature, with Ko'olau mountain backdrop.	The five foot vanity offers plenty of space for a couple to share.	From the bedroom, this angle shows the high ceilings, which makes the room feel a bit "cathetral-esque." Ocean/mountain views reinforce the sensation!	Direct access between the master bath and bedroom.

Half BATHROOM

The brand new (Jan 2010) half bathroom features a three foot vanity, toilet, and marble flooring.

"Bonus Room"

The "bonus room" is a quasi-bedroom that is attached to the living room, and is equipped with a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, and small TV with built-in DVD player. The room is approximately 12 feet wide by 6 feet deep, but the pitch of the roof is what leads us to call it the bonus room as opposed to a bedroom. Upon entry into the bonus room, the ceiling height is the normal 8 foot. But from the front of the room to the back, the ceiling angles severely towards the floor, until the ceiling height is only about 3 feet at the back wall. Below are a couple photos to help illustrate the design of the room (plus the incredible view from bed!). The room's opening has a blind that can be drawn for privacy.

The twin bed is perfect for children, though perfectly sufficient for the adventurous adult too!	A dresser, end table, lamp, and alarm clock makes for a fully equipped "quasi-bedroom."	And like every other room in the unit, an incredible ocean view!

Living Room

The living room has vaulted ceilings and amazing ocean views, plus a sliding glass door that leads out to your private lanai (patio). Furnishings include a comfortable micro-suede pull-out couch, coffee table, two end tables, large reclining chair, desk and cedar chest. Other amenities include a ceiling fan, 27-inch TV (with cable), DVD player, and iPod docking station.

The view is just unbelievable!	The living room features a sleeper sofa and a big comfy recliner.	This angle shows the flow between the living room and the "bonus room."

DINE-IN Kitchen

Dining table with four chairs, full-size refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), sink, toaster oven, two-burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils.

The dine-in kitchen features a toaster over and two-burner hotplate, in lieu of an oven.	Like with all of the other rooms - save the bathroom - the dine-in kitchen features glorious ocean views.

Lanai (Patio)

The thatched roof lanai, located directly off of the living room, is approximately 3' deep x 15' wide and is equipped with a two chairs, each with side table

Stepping out onto the lanai offers views down the beach.	The view looking the other direction. A great place to catch the stunning sunrises.

Miscellaneous

High-speed wireless connection (computer not provided), two sets of linens per bed, bath towels and wash clothes, beach towels, hair dryer, board games, playing cards, first-aid kit, iron and ironing board, dish soap, toilet paper, broom, mop, cleaning products, umbrellas, phone books, island maps, and activity brochures.

Hot Tub & Tiki Bar Area

The thatched-roof tiki bar area directly overlooks the ocean, sitting only about 20 feet from the ocean's edge. The thatched-roof houses a 7-person hot tub, bar (with 6 barstools), flat panel HDTV, electronic dartboard, mini-fridge and "courtesy phone" (free unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada). A shared gas grill and dining set is located near the tiki bar area.

The tiki bar is a beautiful spot to spend a day or evening...or several days and evenings!	Watch the big game or your favorite show in HD from the bar or from the seven-person hot tub.	The area immediately adjacent to the tiki bar offers a shared-use BBQ grill and dining set.

Slate Terrace & Outdoor Shower

The large slate terrace is shared (with the exception of a portion that is dedicated to the bottom unit guests, as detailed above), and includes four chaise lounges, two side tables, and an outdoor shower (with hot water).

The beachside slate terrace is a perfect place to relax.	If it gets a little too warm, a quick dip in the ocean is about 20 feet away!	Great views from every inch of the terrace.	Our new teak chaises (with Sunbrella fabric cushions) are oh-so comfy!	The terrace gets great morning sun!	The outdoor shower features a waterfall-type showerhead and hot water.

Ocean Toys

A one-person kayak, two-person kayak, life vests, snorkels and masks (plus a few pairs of fins, but not all sizes), boogie boards, beach chairs, rafts, children's beach toys, and coolers.

Kids toys galore!	"Big Kids" toys too!	A closer look at just some of the goodies.

Laundry Area

A shared washer and dryer is available to all guests.

A shared laundry facility means you can pack light.
