The top unit's "bonus room" is a quasi-bedroom. The room,
which is attached to the living room, is equipped with a twin bed, dresser, nightstand,
and small TV with built-in DVD player. The
room is approximately 12 feet wide by 6 feet deep, but the pitch of the roof is
what leads us to call it the bonus room as opposed to a bedroom. Upon entry into the bonus room, the
ceiling height is the normal 8 foot. But from the front of the room to the back,
the ceiling angles severely towards the floor, until
the ceiling height is only about 3 feet at the back wall. Below are a couple
photos to help illustrate the design of the room (plus the incredible view from
bed!). The room's opening has a blind that can be drawn for privacy.
