Bonus Room
The "bonus room" of the one-bed, one-bath top unit is a quasi-bedroom most suitable for a single person, whether adult or child. The room, which is attached to the living room, is equipped with a twin bed, dresser, and nightstand. The room is approximately 12 feet wide by 6 feet deep, but the pitch of the roof is what leads us to call it the bonus room (versus a bedroom). Upon entry into the bonus room, the ceiling height is the normal 8 foot. But from the front of the room to the back, the ceiling angles severely towards the floor, until the ceiling height is only about 3 feet at the back wall. Attached are a couple pictures to help illustrate the design of the room.
