Bottom Unit Amenities

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom, with a partial ocean view out of the side window, is equipped with a single queen bed, nightstand, large dresser and closet, a 20-inch color TV/DVD (with cable), and air conditioner. A "sitting area" is attached, which includes a large chair and table.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom also has a partial ocean view out of the side window, and is equipped with two twin beds (which can be converted into a king bed, if desired, prior to your arrival), a nightstand, large dresser and closet, 13-inch color TV/DVD (with cable), and air conditioner.

Living Room

The living room has amazing ocean views, and a sliding glass door that leads out to the slate terrace. Furnishings include a comfortable micro-suede sleeper sofa, coffee table, and end table, large chair and side table. Other amenities include a 27-inch TV (with cable), DVD player, and CD player/stereo.

Kitchen & Dining Areas

Dining table with four chairs, stove/oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), sink, microwave, dishwasher (just added in March 08), coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils.

Outdoor Lanai Area

A portion of the slate terrace is dedicated for the bottom unit guest's exclusive use. This area includes a table and chairs, as well as a large gas grill.

Miscellaneous

High-speed wireless connection (computer not provided), two sets of linens per bed, bath towels and wash clothes, beach towels, hair dryer, board games, playing cards, DVDs, small cooler, iron and ironing board, dish soap, toilet paper, broom, mop, cleaning products, umbrellas, phone books, island maps, and activity brochures.
