I.   Cancellations

Under no circumstances will the guest’s $200 (per unit; $400 for both) security deposit be refunded.

If the entire amount due is not received within 60 days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date (as described on the “Reservations” page), the guest’s reservation will be cancelled, and management will place the time block on the market for rent.

Guest cancellations occurring prior to 60 days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date but after payment in full has been made will be refunded the entire paid amount, less the $200/$400 non-refundable security deposit and, if paid via credit card, less a 3% fee (for credit card fees incurred).

Guest cancellations occurring within 60 days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date will not automatically be entitled to a refund, although a 50% refund on the total paid amount will be issued if management is able to rent the guest’s cancelled time block in its entirety.

II.   Date Changes

Management will attempt to accommodate, based on availability, guest’s date change requests. There is no guarantee that a date change will be possible. When possible, the standard reservation procedure laid out in “Reservations” applies.

A guest is permitted no more than one date change per reservation.

III.  Early Departures

No refunds (partial or otherwise) will be offered for departures prior to the guest’s scheduled departure date.

IV.  Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

V. Pets

Under no circumstances are pets permitted. Upon request, management will recommend a quality kennel nearby.

VI. Cleaning Fee

In addition to the stated and agreed upon rental price, guests of the bottom 2-bedroom unit will be responsible for a one-time cleaning fee of $150, while guests of the top 1-bedroom unit will be responsible for a one-time cleaning fee of $125. Guests of both units will be responsible for a combined one-time cleaning fee of $275.

VII. Extra Person Fee

Bottom 2-bedroom unit: quoted rate is for four guests. An additional person is an additional $25 per night fee. Five person maximum.

Top 1-bedroom unit: quoted rate is for three guests. An additional person is an additional $25 per night fee. Four person maximum.
