Hot Tub & Tiki Bar Area

The thatched-roof tiki bar area directly overlooks the ocean, sitting only about 20 feet from the ocean's edge. The thatched-roof houses a 7-person hot tub, bar (with 6 barstools), electronic dartboard, mini-fridge, and CD player. A shared gas grill is located near the tiki bar area.

Slate Terrace & Outdoor Shower

The large slate terrace (with the exception of a portion that is dedicated to the bottom unit guests, that includes a grill and table and chairs) is shared, and includes four chaise lounges and an outdoor shower (with hot water).

Ocean Toys

A one-person kayak, two-person kayak, snorkels and masks (plus a few pairs of fins, but not all sizes), boogie boards, fishing poles, beach chairs, children's beach toys, and coolers.
